If you would like to make a return or an exchange, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com or on our website.
We will be happy to assist you with returning the product and receiving a refund if you are for whatever reason dissatisfied with your purchase. If you ordered the wrong size harness then we will replace it at no cost! Our exchange policy lasts for 30 days since you received your product.
For returns without an exchange, we will refund your order but we cannot refund the shipping cost. That will be used as a restocking fee.
Our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days since you received your product. Buyer pays return shipping and must provide us with the tracking number to be refunded. Please do not return your product to the manufacturer. If you would like to return your item, you must contact us to request the return. We will be helpful and are available 24/7. We can't currently offer order cancellations. If you no longer want your order, you can contact us and return your order for a refund. We're working on developing a better cancellation system in the coming months.
