Shipping Policy


Our aim is to ship orders as quickly as possible so that our customers receive their products in a timely manner. Our time frame for order delivery involves a processing time in which we verify, quality check, and package the order in preparation to be shipped. This process can take 1-6 business days. Our time frame for delivery then involves shipping time , which refers for the time it takes for products to be shipped from our warehouse locations to the customer's address. Most domestic orders take 3-10 business days to arrive once they have been shipped, however they may on occasion take longer. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days, however they may on occasion take longer. Great Britain, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and other international orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product.

Tracking numbers are provided by email for every order. We will message you every step of the way so you can see where in the delivery process your order currently is. If you have questions about the location of your order after it has been shipped, please contact your courier directly.

Please note, we send items in multiple packages to speeds things up. Don't be alarmed if you have missing items. These items will come in more packages.
If you are within the USA and have not received your order within 40 days of the time in which it was shipped, you may receive a full refund. If you are outside of the USA and have not received your order within 50 days of the time in which it was shipped, you may receive a full refund. Since we aim to ship and deliver packages as quickly as possible, we can't currently do order cancellations. We're working on developing a better cancellation system in the coming months.
